It had this up last week. It was okay for where I’m at, but out in the wild it would not give me enough coverage from pying eyes. So I tried something else.
There is a black dotted strip on the glass all around the windshield on the inside. I attached some Velcro to it and to the fabric. That did the trick. Total black-out.
I will try to do the same for the rear hatch window. The bought window covers are great, but are never perfect. Even the expensive ones.
I decided to cheer up the place by adding some color. The floor covering I put in before, had these black speckled kind of design. I was forever sweeping and wiping trying to get rid of the speckles which looked like dirt to me. It was driving me nuts.
The colors give it a cheerful look. I like it even though it took me damn near an hour to get that duvet cover on. Ha, it’s hard enough even when you have a lot of space.
Yesterday was my day off, so it was time to go to Nokesville Meats for a couple of steaks.
After I bought them I put them in my airfryer while I was parked in their lot. It was so good and tender. I was going to save the second one for today, but before I knew it, both were gone. I can’t believe I ate two pounds of meat.
This afternoon I have to play around with my laptop. I have a small monitor that attaches to the monitor of my laptop and slides out. It’s supposed to be plug and play, but with me of course, it never is. I think it might need a driver. I’ll figure it out. 🙂
Have a good week, every one.
