Woohoo, I have an appointment with immigration this Tuesday in Houston. It’s a bit of a road trip, 1.5 hours. I’m hoping that the whole process won’t take 7 months, but who knows. I’m bringing every scrap of paper that I have from the last fifty-plus years that I have and hope that will be enough.
It’s a beautiful 78 degrees today. I’m running my AC after I cooked dinner to cool myself off. Oh crap, it will be 80 by Thursday. Might not be too long before I have to go to higher elevations.

On Friday, I went to the “egg stand” to pick up more eggs. They are delicious, and they are still just $5. I’m waiting for them to go up anytime now.

Ground meat and eggs in the air fryer. So Good!!
I bought some very low-carb Ramen noodles and ate them with my meal for three days. Maybe I can eat them once a month or so? They disagreed with me. After three days, I was terribly bloated, and my hip bones started aching again. After four days, the pain was less, and there was no more bloating. I am probably better off sticking to meat.
I did my laundry this morning and re-arranged my van a bit. I really need to find a good do-it-yourself car wash. Miss Pearl is pretty dirty. Maybe after I come back from Houston.
Dan and I are about to go for our walk.
I hope everyone has a great week. NBDs.
