Back in Princeton, TX 2/9/26

Woohoo, I’m back at my favorite campground in Princeton, TX. It’s really nice to have a concrete pad. I won’t have to worry about parking to be level. It’s not like I have a way to jack any part of my van up or down. This is perfect.

My outside dishwashing setup.

I was going to wait until T-Jay was available to help me remove the EcoFlow Delta Max 2000 from the passenger floor of my Sienna. It weighs 65 pounds. Then this morning I thought, I’m only 69 years old, and I should be able to lift the generator out and set it on my ladder. Sure enough, it wasn’t a big deal, and I don’t even know what I was worried about.

I used my fan on high speed to finally drain the EcoFlow to 0%. I’m letting it rest for a couple of hours before charging it back up to 100%. Hopefully, it will reset itself.

Meanwhile, the alternator charger is taped up and sitting on top of the fridge.

I went to shop for meat yesterday. I forgot to unplug from my campsite and ended up dragging the cord for a mile or so before I noticed it. That’s the second time that’s happened to me, and luckily nothing was damaged. That’s my reminder sitting on top of the dash. By the looks of my dash, it’s time to get out the “Sticky Icky” to clean it up.

It was weird seeing these drones buzzing over Walmart yesterday. I wonder how much weight they can handle.

Looks like we will have nice weather this week, and I’m glad I never put away my tank tops. It’s inching toward 80 degrees.

This was on the 25th of last month while I was still in Livingston, TX. It got down to 17 degrees. Grocery stores were damn near empty, but I managed to buy a gallon jug of water. My water line froze up for three days. The lines in the shower house stayed open, so I refilled there when I ran out. No big deal.

I’m still having generator issues, so it’s time to email EcoFlow with the ongoing issues. I’ve got my fingers crossed!!!

Time to eat. NBD’s
