Another beautiful sunrise this morning. It’s just with the time change I had to wait on it so long. I hate the time change!!
Still no 5 Minute Glam Nails, but I did put on a new polish. I’m wearing two of the rings I got from my sister Kaki Jo. I love the gun polish rings!! Now I need to grow my thumb nails because I bought a Kalimba.
I really like the sound of this instrument. This one can also be plugged into an amp. There is a lot to learn. I’m just now learning how to tune it, with a hammer of all things. 🙂
My heel is doing better. The things that seems to help the most are the shoe inserts. I bought some yesterday at Walmart. They have a machine that you can stand on and it will tell you which insole will help you the most. I’ll wear those to work tomorrow to see how they do. I definitely can no longer go barefoot. I put my shoes by my bed so that I can step into them right away when I get up. This way the pain is minimal when I first get out of bed.
Lunch for this week is broiled steak. I made enough for the week and am all set for work.
Steak with horseradish sauce and garlic aioli mustard. Love that stuff.

I got my LDN prescription refill yesterday. I ended up calling Skip’s Pharmacy. They had filled it and somehow forgotten to mail it out to me. I’m glad I didn’t wait until the last minute to call them, I would have run out. Now I’m good to go for another 90 days.
I just had to hook up my last bottle of propane. Looking at the weather for the coming week, maybe I won’t have to be in a hurry to order more for a while. I always wondered why the hook up on the propane bottles is backwards. Looks like everything in life tightens when you turn it right…except for when hooking up the hose to the propane bottles. What’s up with that??
I was going to vacuum, but I’ll wait until tomorrow. T-Jay’s still asleep and I don’t want to wake him.
