I’ve been collecting gadgets to help with my heel pain. This one seems to be working the best.
I got up out of bed without pain this morning. Between this and the heel pads in my shoes, I think I’ll be okay this week. We will see.
I’ve just put in for a refill of LDN. I’ve been taking this every night going on 11 years. Still no migraines, no boils, no headaches, no colds. I feel terrific.
About four years ago I found a doctor that prescribes it for me over the phone at a reasonable price. He emails me when it it time for me to check in with him and get another prescription every six months. Here is my doctor on a radio show from last year in case anyone is curious about LDN.

I no longer have to mix it up from pills coming from India. I get the LDN at 4.5 mg filled for me at Skip’s Pharmacy in Florida.
I finally got some good size bar soap. That’s more like it!!!
Nails for the week.
I just hooked up another bottle of propane for extra heat. I have one more bottle left and am hoping that I won’t have to re-order until next winter. Who knows with the way the weather is lately. Ha, I’m waiting on it to just warm up enough on a weekend were I can wash my car.
