The first fans that I ordered were too large, so I ordered smaller ones.

This is the smaller fan. Set up in a small plastic container with a 9 volt battery.

It worked great and I was super happy, but the battery lasted about three hours. I’m now waiting on some shrink wrap to rig up some old USB cords that I have laying around.

I found two smaller containers that I will use. I already cut out the tops and put holes on the sides for ventilation. Now I’m waiting on Amazon to bring the shrink wrap.
Yesterday I cooked something like “Scotch Eggs” for the week. I used ground beef and ground pork. Seasoned it with an envelope of onion soup.

I boiled 7 eggs almost hard and peeled them. Then I surrounded the eggs with the meat and the put a couple of pieces of bacon around each ball.

They backed in the oven for about an hour at 350 degrees.

Ha, ha….no pictures when I got them out of the oven. They were just too ugly to look at. Some of the egg yolks had leaked out. It looked pretty gross, but boy were they delicious!!! I topped them off with some horseradish sauce.

Then I made some make-believe cheese cake, using to packets of cream cheese and packages of instant vanilla pudding. I used half water half heavy cream for the pudding. Whipped everything up and then put them in ice trays for when I get a wild hair up my butt for something sweet.

I might probably get that wild hair sometime today. 🙂
This weeks nails. 🙂

I see I should have put some lotion on….I look all dried out.
I hope everyone has a great week….it’s just around the corner.
