Manassas News & Messenger and Inside NoVA.com, top Prince William News Sources, closing down. Rat Bastards! There goes our only LOCAL news source. Inside NoVA on Facebook has over 26,000 followers. I sure hope that they find a way to keep that part going. We sure depend on it. Many times we have gotten info when it stormed as to road closures, roads flooding, trees down ect. It never failed, when we had questions, some one would have the answer.
Look what I saw when I opened my curtains this morning….
Seems that my OTHER neighbors with high pitch, screaming little kids, two doors down are moving out. Whooohooo! If this keeps up, I’ll have nothing but grown up neighbors. Wouldn’t THAT be awesome come spring. LOL, I’m just dreaming.
I’ve got a couple of projects going on this week. I’m working on a scarf hoodie combination.
The other project is repairing a few holes in the wall downstairs. I have moved all my belongings from the downstairs living room into my bedroom for the winter, so this will be the perfect time to fix that room. I’ll do a little painting and maybe paint that butt ugly concrete floor.
I put on a crock pot of black-eyed peas before I left for work. They ought to be tender by the time I get back. I’ll have to see what I have to add to it to give it some flavor tonight.
