Perfect day for a car detail. I found a laser carwash that actually works about two miles from home. Ever since the owners of the laser wash right down the street from me changed hands, getting my car washed is a crap shoot. One day it works, the next day it doesn’t. The place sure went downhill. I’m glad found another one that works not too far from me…..and it’s a buck cheaper.
I washed her early, before 7. It was barely light out. I had to wait a couple of hours before I started rubbing on her since it was still so cold out. Again I used XXX SIO2/Graphene Ceramic Coating Spray by Killerwaxx. I think this must be the best product they have ever come out with. Spray it on, rub it in and wipe it off. It took me maybe 20 minutes.
My heel is feeling so much better. No more pain. Going barefoot is still kind of iffy so I wear shoes at home. I wear a huge mole skin pad over my bunion to keep it from rubbing raw against the shoe. So far so good. I’m hoping I can go back to barefoot at home in another week.
I went and got my Johnson & Johnson vaccine shot on Monday at a Walmart in Haymarket late afternoon. After I signed in, they lost me for about an hour. The pharmacist apologized up and down for the wait. They were terribly short handed and overworked. They had six people behind the counter running around like crazy. When she finally got to me it didn’t hurt a bit. I was asked to wait for 15 minutes before leaving. No side effects, I couldn’t even feel where the pharmacist stuck me. While I was there I signed up with the CDC to keep track of me and any side effects I might get. They text me every afternoon and ask me how I’m feeling. Two days later J&J was paused.
I found another steak in the freezer and in the pan it went.
Smothered steak with sour cream and spicy pork rinds. I know it sound weird, but it was really tasty.
I made chicken and eggs salad for lunch for the week.
This morning I was researching a bed-rug for the Ram Promaster when Amazon told me that it would not fit my Prius.
LOL…..Amazon cracks me up!
No 5 Minute Glam nails this week. The tips of my fingers are cracking again. I know I need to get in the habit of putting cream on my hands more than once a day!!
