I have seven rugs covering the floors in the downstairs of my townhouse. They get stained and dirty. Some of the smaller ones I have taken outside in the backyard during the summer. With soap I hosed them down. I didn’t want to do that with the three large ones. That would involve moving a lot of furniture and then crossing my fingers that they would dry quickly.
About a month ago I saw an add for the CrossWave Pet Pro and ordered me one. It came in on Friday. This thing is great. It cleans rugs and also floors. This morning I cleaned the floors and rugs with one machine. It was awesome.
In the photo the right side is clean. It did an amazing job. I had no idea there was so much dirt on my rugs. It was disgusting!!
I had to refill the tank four times, but it was totally worth it. I’m sure it won’t be a bad when I do it again next weekend.
I went back to the foot doctor on Thursday. We talked about my bunion. I was told that would not be able to walk for at least two weeks after the surgery. I was trying to find a way to avoid that by maybe buying a knee walker, but my doctor shot that down. He said that the foot needs to be elevated, not hanging down. Oh well, I tried.
I’m on a mission to teach my co-worker (that hums when she’s nervous) to take over for me while I’m gone. I know it’s only two weeks, but a lot of shit can get really screwed up in that time.
Every day a walk past the rental desk at work. The have a small magnetic tray upside down on the counter that has hundreds of key rings stuck to it. I just can’t help myself, but have to run my fingers through them every time I pass time. Last week one of the guys gave my my on tray.
Looks like a weird haircut. I have no idea why I am so fascinated with this thing.
